Thank you for choosing Resume Excellence. We strive to provide high-quality Resume-Writing, LinkedIn Profiles and other add-on services. Please review our Terms below:

  1. Our writing services are tailored specifically to your resume, ensuring it is completely unique.
  2. Payments made for the Resume or LinkedIn Profile are non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  3. Change requests should be communicated via email using track changes or comments on the document. Once data is finalized and discussed, we will create a resume based on your preferences.
  4. If no filled-in working plan (questionnaire) is provided within one month of sharing the working plan, we will begin the Resume Writing Process using your existing resume or LinkedIn profile. Urgent delivery requests incur additional charges and will be completed within 3-4 days for the first version of the resume.
  5. Clients can enjoy unlimited revisions (only content) within a 15-day period. Each revision typically takes 2-3 days to complete. Please be aware that this offer is specific to select services and will be communicated to you upon purchase. Any Add-on services, like Cover LetterThe cover letter serves as the first introduction to an employer, and it is an opportunity to convey one"s viability as a strong candidate. writing, do not include revision options.
  6. Revisions or redesigns are not available for infographic resumes also.
  7. We do not offer revisions or redesigns for repetitive modifications such as changes in color, font, or movement of specific design elements in the resume.
  8. Any changes requested after 15 working days will be subject to a minimal fee ranging from 800 to 1,500 depending on the extent of changes.
  9. The pricing listed on our website is per profile; any alterations to requirements post-questionnaire submission will result in additional costs. Additional services taken in the future will also incur extra charges.
  10. Zoom calls for revisions or questionnaire filling may be requested at an additional fee of INR 1,500 per hour. Our team consists of MBA graduates from reputable universities who are proficient English speakers and writers.
  11. Any disagreements will be resolved within the legal jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
  12. The terms provided here are general and may not fully apply to the services you’ve acquired. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, so certain terms may not be relevant. The client would have been notified of any such changes well in advance via email before payment was made. If the client hasn’t received this email, please contact our support team and we will send you the personalized plan and terms accordingly.
